Permitted use

XICUI Payments is a cross-border business payment platform for legitimate international trade. Permitted uses include: paying international suppliers and manufacturers for goods and services; receiving payments from international buyers for goods and services; and managing business FX and payment operations.

Prohibited use

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Payments for illegal goods or services
• Payments to sanctioned individuals, entities, or countries
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Fraud or misrepresentation
• Circumventing compliance controls
• Providing false information during KYB or payment processing
• Using the platform for personal (non-business) payments
• Payments for prohibited goods as defined in applicable regulations

Enforcement

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension, reporting to relevant authorities, and legal action where applicable.
