CNT is currently in development and sandbox mode only. Live issuance requires satisfaction of applicable regulatory requirements including licensing, reserve structure, AML framework, and redemption mechanism.
Production activation cannot be enabled by changing frontend settings alone. It requires authorized administrator confirmation of all required controls.
